- We began this adoption journey in January of 2005. We worked with Pauquette Adoption Services of Portage. After a few months of "paperchasing" we had our homestudy sent to China and it was logged in on October 21, 2005. We finally received our referral March 6, 2007. We then flew to China on May 11, returning home with our new daughter on May 26, 2007. Since then Olivia has brought nothing but joy and happiness to our family. Each day is a new adventure and it is thrilling to watch her grow and learn. We can't wait to see what the coming years will bring.

Thanks for all of the great pictures. Olivia is so cute and she seems to be very happy. Looks like you guys are having the time of your life. What an experience it is for all of your family to be a part of.
Enjoy the time you have left in China because in no time you will be back in the states. Hope that everything goes smooth with the rest of your trip. Can't wait to see everyone when you get back.
I will be looking for more stories and pictures if you have time.
